The third DFI mission-rebranded as Nepal Impact Investment Forum (NIIF) 2025 was held in June 2025 in collaboration with Nepal Bankers' Association (NBA) and Nepal Private Equity Association (NPEA). The Forum convened 14 DFIs and Impact Investors alongside domestic financial institutions, Private Equity and Venture Capital Funds, and private sector stakeholders. NIIF 2025 explored investment opportunities beyond financial institutions, with private equity and venture capital funds participating and engaging in one-on-one discussions with foreign investors. The Forum highlighted latest policy developments and also enabled direct interactions with Government of Nepal (GoN) representatives to support a more conducive investment environment.
